My friends and I had our first vacation together & Eva's place was PERFECT!!! We were able to relax and spend great bonding time. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that would like to get away from the city. I will definitely rebook this listing when I come back to Yosemite.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We got to see deers both days we were there. Any questions or concerns I had, I would receive a fast response. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The house was beautiful and in a very quiet location. Eva was an amazing host and was very quick to reply to any issues we had. Would stay here again!

This house is beautiful! It is set in a very beautiful peaceful surrounding. Plenty to do in and outside home. Very cozy. Plenty of room for a large family gathering or small family relaxation time! The only complaint we had. And it’s more of a be aware. We specifically rented this home because of the jacuzzi/spa amenity. And unfortunately it is not a heavy duty spa meant for this type of use in this climate. We arrived at 4 pm and when I checked temp it was 78. It took 48 hours to reach 102 degrees. And then once you get in it does not hold temperature well. The owner said the person before us turned it off howeverThe property manager came by and said they empty clean and refill between rentals which is the reason it takes so long to heat up. I cannot imagine they do that every visitor. Thats a lot of water and not possible to heat up to 78 by the time I got there at 4. Not sure who was true. Spa was disappointing. But we were pleased with the rest of the homes features and amenities.

We had a great stay at Eva's place for our family gathering, including adults, a toddler, and an infant. The place felt cozy yet spacious for the three families. The rooms each have Black out shades so it's nice and dark even during the early morning sun. There were plenty of amenities to keep everybody happy and having fun. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the deck during the day watching the deer and cottontail rabbits meander through the property and at night listening to the coyotes while sipping a little wine with the fire pit.
