Clean, spacious room that guarantees your privacy. The area is hard to get around without a car since there are barely any public transportation.

We stayed at Sam's place during the beginning of October while visiting relatives. His place above the garage gave the traveler enough room to spread out. After walking up the stairs to the left is a small kitchenette equipped with table chairs, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator for the guest to use. Amenities include utensils plastic and metal coffee, tea, paper goods and a few snacks were provided. On the other side of the stairs is a twin bed for your use if you have 3 people. Through the french doors is the large Master room suite with a comfy couch and Tv set with basic cable. No extra HDMI port that I could see for a chrome cast to be utilized. The bed was a queen size and very comfortable. The couch at the foot of the bed allows you to view the tv. Another added bonus is a desk to the side on a wall where you can work on your Laptop. A tread mill is folded up for your use but we did not try it. The one bathroom is very large with shower and whirlpool bath. Bathroom is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Abundant fluffy towels are available for your use. The counter in bathroom gives you room to put your personal items on. Sam corresponded with us quickly in the beginning and through our stay. Ample parking and use of 1 garage if you desire which would be great in inclement weather.

Sam is a great host. Nice home, safe neighborhood, great location. Private and quiet. Check it out!
