Welcome to our home! Enjoy some peace and calm at this stunning period home in Richmond upon Thames. This serene oasis is just a short walk to Kew Gardens and beautiful Richmond, where you can explore historic quarters, independent shops, cute cafes, riverside restaurants, theatres, a Royal Park and much more. Or hop on the underground or train to iconic central London, with journey times taking less than 20 minutes. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this gorgeous property has bags of room. Situated on a very quiet street (cul-de-sac) and spread over two floors, this fantastic home is light and airy. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with bifold doors to the back garden. With all the amenities you will need, this space is perfect to cook and enjoy a meal. With views to the garden, this is a relaxing spot to sit back and take things easy. With a nespresso machine and a selection of teas/coffees/sugar/milk you can make your self a refreshment straight away. The living room is super cosy, as well as stylish. A smart TV will enable you to connect to various streaming sites/apps. With a selection of books and board games, this is also a perfect spot to spend some quality time. The private garden at the rear of the property is a fantastic south facing garden so as you can imagine, it gets plenty of sun! Please do enjoy spending time out there. Upstairs there are two bedrooms.Both are decorated in calming earth tones and have a peaceful feel. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with full bath. With a dressing alcove and full wardrobes, there is plenty of room. This bedroom faces the garden. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bathroom with shower next door, making it almost an ensuite. Again, there is plenty of wardrobe space and a chest or drawers. This bedroom faces the (very quiet) street.
Our home is ideally situated only 15 minutes walk to the world renowned Kew Gardens and a 15/20 minute stroll to central Richmond.

Visit the Kew Village farmer's market or stop by the organic deli to pick up food for dinner.
Wander into Richmond, with its gorgeous riverside location. Meander through the lanes, full of independent shops. Take in a performance at historic Richmond Theatre. Dining options are endless, from Michelin starred restaurants to street food at Duck Pond market.
Climb up Richmond Hill to admire the stunning view and don't forget to visit Richmond Park, the largest of the Royal Parks, where deer roam freely.
There are plenty of grocery stores, cafes and restaurants within walking distance, so you don't need to use a car.
If you plan to travel further afield, public transport is easy and frequent.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The nearest underground station is Kew Gardens, which is a 10 minute walk. This will give you access to both the overground and District Line to central London, including all museums and tourist sites.
Richmond (SW Railway, overground & District Line) is around a 20 minute walk. Or hop on a local bus. Trains to London Waterloo in less than 20 minutes.
North Sheen (SW Railway) is a 15 minute walk.
There are frequent buses to Richmond, Twickenham, Chiswick and the surrounding area.
PARKING
On street parking is available. Between 10am and 12pm, this is paid and can be purchased in the Ring-Go app. Use location code 5533 (North Road). We are also able to provide free visitor permits for parking, please do inform us of this ahead of time. This street is only restricted 10am - 12pm. Otherwise, on street parking is free. Sunday is free all day.
This is a dead end street, so cars will probably need to reverse out of the street. Please be advised that the property is in the ULEZ area.
For a more leisurely pace, hire an electric bike (there are Lime bikes all across Richmond).
Or for a different perspective hire a rowing boat or take a boat trip from Richmond Riverside.
