Our custom shipping container home is 3000 sqft. It's full of light & it has a large, custom kitchen. It has a unique atmosphere, is industrial, yet cozy. It has 25 ft ceilings in the great room. There's a beautiful backyard and outside dining area. The location really is central, there are so many things to do! We are near many shops, restaurants & parks, downtown and the mountains! We're a quick drive to the airport! Good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids). This is such a unique home! There's a ton of space, so you can spread out, but a perfect great room for gathering at meal time or just to hang out. It's great for movies and family time! We do NOT have a TV. We do have a screen projector, you can watch dvd's Netflix, Hulu, etc. ***We do have an attached apartment connected to our home! It is occupied full time! For this reason, we have STRICT quiet hours (10p-8a). Any guest of ours MUST respect our tenant! We do NOT allow parties or cannabis use on the property. We do not allow extra guests at the house. You may not host friends or family without consulting us first. ***There will be a fee if cigarette butts are found on the property. We are a no smoking house! This is our home, so there will be remnants of us during your stay - if that bothers you, please do NOT inquire about booking. Because we live here with our children, things are often changing (and upgrading) - pictures may NOT be up to date. Please inquire with questions.
