This room is in a private section of the home! Bathroom is private! Guests are open to use front porch, back porch, kitchen, living room, and laundry room. *Ask for guidelines on laundry. There are spare toiletries that have been left behind that you are welcome to use already located in your private bathroom. Check-Ins will be in person, and we will be going over the rules at that time. Guests are welcome to use the Wi-Fi. (This is available in the kitchen counter.) **We do have a dog. He’s just a little guy and very friendly. He is hypoallergenic. However, if you are allergic please put that into consideration before booking. Due to having him on premises no other animals will be allowed. ** A Security deposit, and photocopy of ID for all guests is required either as soon as booked, or 48 hours prior to arrival if booked in advance.
