The guest will have their own Tempur-Pedic queen bed, walk in closet, wall mounted smart TV, 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart. There is a full bathroom located right next to the bedroom. The room is located down a hallway away from the common areas of the home that provides a more private feel. Guests are allowed to use the living room that provides a 65 inch Smart TV available for movies with several streaming platforms provided. The house also has a secondary living room/game room available to the guests so they can experience a more private quiet area. The home has a fully equipped kitchen that guests are allowed to use to cook meals. The kitchen has everything you need. The coffee machine and coffee is complimentary. I also have coolers available to take your ice cold beverages to the beach.
