Great hospitality. Beautiful decorations. Breakfast by Elena was amazing. We stayed two nights above the restaurant, Elena mentioned it will be noisy at night before she confirms our booking. Yes, it was, but even then we give five stars for her place. Elena is great host, and her apartment is beautiful. We loved very old style elevator also!

Great location. Wonderful charming building. Welcoming host. A few little things would make it perfect - water and glasses in the room, fitted sheets that stay on the bed, and a fridge that worked. Breakfast was generous but mostly sweets. As with any place in the historic district, it is noisy at night. Use the AC and you won’t notice.

B&B L'Olivella is a beautiful place to stay and Elena is a very accomodating host. The location in the old town, the rooms and delicious breakfasts made our stay in Palermo a memorable one.

What a delight to share Elena’s lovely home. Although independent, Elena offers a beautiful living and dining room (where she serves an excellent breakfast) which is not only elegant but a lovely space to relax beyond the bedroom. She has thought of every detail with a tasteful aesthetic including gorgeous fresh flowers on the breakfast table. We loved our stay in L’Olivella and would highly recommend it to discerning travellers!
