Elegant apartment of about 110 sqm, for 6 people, located on the 3rd floor of a modern building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled). The property is located in the Arenella district, a seaside village a few minutes by car from the extraordinary beaches of Addaura and Mondello. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and three balconies. Two private parking spaces included. *Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request* The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, sofa, 40" TV, chair bed (single), dining table and access to two balconies (one with table and chairs and one with deck chairs); - KITCHEN with induction hob, double fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, kettle, kitchenware and wine glasses; - BEDROOM I with double bed, en-suite bathroom (with shower, sink, bidet and toilet) and access to the balcony (with small table and small sofa); - BEDROOM II with double bed; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine, soundproof windows, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and drying rack. L’appartement était grand et spacieux avec des balcons extrêmement agréables. Aménagé avec une machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, machine à café, une télé, et un parking. C’est un superbe airbnb pour passer une semaine à Palerme. Il y’a un supermarché et boulangerie a 2 minutes à pied. On a passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu propre et confortable pour un prix très abordable. Je recommande fortement !!
Butas labai erdvus ir šviesus. Bute trys balkonai, kuriuose labai jauku gerti vyną, degintis ar skaityti knygą. Pro balkonus atsiveria nuostabus vaizdas į kalnus. Lova labai patogi, o patalynė švari ir gaiviai kvepianti. Yra visi reikalingi daiktai - rankšluosčiai, muilas, virtuvės įrankiai. Gyvenome savaitę laiko, buvo tikrai malonus laikas, daug ramesnė aplinka nei miesto centre. Šalia buto yra autobusų stotelė. Su 603 autobusu galite pasiekti nuostabaus grožio Mondello paplūdimį, o su 731 autobusu greitai pasiekti Palermo centrą. Autobusų bilietus galima nusipirkti tabaccheria kioskeliuose, bilietėlis kainuoja 1,4€. Beje, host priėmė mus labai šiltai ir draugiškai. Jis rekomendavo lankytinas vietas ir atsakė į visus rūpimus klausimus. Rekomenduojam!
Très beau logement, j’ai aimer la double vue mer et montagne. Proche du centre et facile d’accès. Le parking sécurisé est un plus. On a été très bien reçu. Nous reviendrons
Il suffirait de pas grand chose pour que le séjour soit plus agréable Un grand coup de ménage surtout les sols et les terrasses! Nous n’avions pas prévu de faire du ménage en arrivant Pourtant il fallait bien penser à sortir la poubelle sous peine d’être taxée de 20 euros. L’appartement n’est pas très bien isolé on entend beaucoup les voisins (téléphone, conversations, ronflements la nuit) ainsi que les coqs! Si vous avez le sommeil léger c’est compliqué! Sinon l’espace est agréable et l’appartement est bien équipé. Les plages ne sont pas loins et les bus sont au pied de l’immeuble si besoin!

The Addaura beaches are only 5 minutes away by car, while those of Mondello are about 10 minutes away. The center of Palermo, with all its unmissable attractions, can be reached in about 15 minutes by public transport or in 10 minutes by car.

- Molo Arenella Lounge Restaurant: 7 minutes on foot;
- White (bar/pub): 10 minutes on foot;

The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Palermo Airport). In the surroundings of the structure there are several free parking spaces (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).
