There, you will have one or two of your golf carts waiting there for you depending on the number in your party. They will assist you with your luggage and take you to the home. Any questions that you have at that time they will help you. As you arrive, the lower level patio beckons with an outdoor kitchen and a sparkling outdoor pool, perfect for soaking up the sun. Two six-seater golf carts are at your disposal, ready to take you on adventures around the island. In the outdoor closet, you'll find everything you need for outdoor fun: kayaks, paddleboards, coolers, lounge chairs, sand toys, and even a dog crate, a dog bed, and a dog hairdryer for your furry friend's comfort. Ascending to the first level, you'll find three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Step out onto the decks off the master bedroom and the queen bedroom to discover a full-size hanging bed, nestled among two Adirondack chairs, perfect for star-gazing or enjoying the ocean breeze. There is also a pack and play and a child’s highchair that can be attached to a regular chair. There is also an outdoor kitchen, with refrigeration space and a grill. There’s also a bar top with additional space and four barstools. An outdoor pizza oven is also available for use! The next level opens up to an airy open-concept space, encompassing the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The sofa bed provides extra sleeping space if needed. Step onto the screened-in porch to dine alfresco at the dining table for four or lounge on the couch while taking in panoramic views of the ocean and the surrounding palm trees. For your furry companion, there is a dog crate, dog bed, and a doggy hairdryer. Dogs must be under 25 pounds and approved by the owner to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all. The biggest question that is asked is Groceries! There are no grocery stores on the island. You will receive a welcome packet, with how you will receive groceries, that will be ready upon your arrival if you choose. If you are coming to the island ahead of time, you can have your groceries packaged up and bring them with you to the ferry.
