Matt and Tony's place was a great get away from it all. They provide the transportation out to the island and brought us groceries at mid week. We saw dolphins, manatees, rays, osprey and so many shells!! If you are looking for a great getaway this is the place for you! The only drawback was the no-see'ems. Bring your bug spay 😀.

We spent a week in Cayo Costa over Christmas, and it was an absolutely magical time. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We saw a ton of wildlife - dolphins, variety of fish and birds, starfish, stingray and even a manatee - it was amazing! The home is exactly as pictured, and a wonderful place to cook, relax, and enjoy the views. The kids (and adults) had a blast playing on the beach, collecting shells, and fishing off the pier. There were plenty of water and beach toys to enjoy - we even took the kayaks out one morning and explored down the coast. Tony and Matt were wonderful hosts - very responsive and willing to help in any way. They talked us through planning for the week and brought us a second round of groceries mid-week. They were so incredibly kind and patient with our children, answering all of the many questions they had! And finally, on our boat ride back to the mainland, we had a pod of dolphins jumping in the wake. An unforgettable family adventure.

Amazing location! Beautiful beyond words. Our entire group had a wonderful experience—aside from the noseeums devouring a few of us. Definitely come prepared for those with all the repellent and after bite products. I highly recommend renting a boat so that you can island hop and explore all of the nearby areas. We had lunch at cabbage key one day and it was great. Only thing we would change is not being able to stay longer!

Any group fortunate enough to come across this incredible property will have the time of their lives while on Cayo Costa. Matt and Tony's beach home is not only stunning and located in the most amazing place, but it's also decked out with most everything you need for a great week (or more!). They provide all the comforts of home, a nicely stocked kitchen (staples, spices, gadgets, surprises), great bedding, beach equipment (lots of kayaks, beach toys and floats), towels. The TVs are easy to use and wifi was no problem. During our stay, we were lucky enough to see several dolphins, a manatee, a beautiful tortoise, a seahorse, some crabs, so many sea birds and hawks, and a myriad of fish and shell creatures. The house is heavenly with the highest ceilings you've ever seen, lovely woodwork and screened decks galore. The sunshine was brilliant, but the couple foggy mornings were pretty cool too. We had the beach mostly to oursleves, but saw plenty of boaters going by and an occasional beach commercial. We felt very isolated though in a good way. Tony and Matt took great care of us, bringing the grocery orders over from the mainland twice during our stay. Leading up to the trip, we had multiple phone conversations in preparation as well. They couldn't have been more helpful or more respectful of our family and our stay.

Excellent vacation spot! The house is beautiful and well-stocked. We had everything we need for our family vacation to keep all of the kids (1st grade through high school) occupied and having fun. The location is beautiful. We saw dolphins and manatee every day from the dock. The island is mostly state park so we had a quiet and fairly isolated vacation (exactly what we were looking for). Highly recommend for families. Tony and Matt are also excellent hosts and are very accommodating for getting you what you need while you stay remote on the island. Thank you!
