We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and spacious, with a lot of lounging areas. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking large or small meals. The bedroom and bathrooms were well equipped with bedding & towels. The master bathroom is handicapped accessible and worked well for us. What is really necessary for a handicapped person is to have a grab bar installed on the wall next to the toilet. Going to the beach was easy because there were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. We understand how difficult it has been to get everything fixed due to Hurricane Ian, therefore the few times someone had to come to the house to fix something was fine. The elevator does still need a bit of work. This of course is critical for families that require handicapped accessibility. Overall, it is a wonderful place. And we received excellent treatment from Ryan and Nicole, and their associates.

As amazing as the photos are, they truly don't do this place justice. What a stunner. Beach and the coveted Captiva sunset right out the back door. Several gathering spaces for a large party, and a well-appointed kitchen. Close to shops and restaurants and everything you need. Read up on Robert Rauschenberg - you'll be glad you did. Had a pretty major AC failure and it was repaired in just a few hours - can't even make that happen at home! Thanks for an epic vacation.

Beautiful view morning, noon and night! The home was perfect. We had 2 families with plenty of room. Easy beach access, amazing sunsets on the porch. This home has everything you need to have a great beach stay. We want to come back already!
