On the third floor, you'll discover the master suite, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, sweeping Gulf views, and access to a shared balcony, as well as a private bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. Another king bedroom on the same level offers a private balcony with stunning Gulf panoramas. For extra guests or youngsters, there's a second guest room with two custom full bunks and two twin beds, complete with a private bathroom featuring a shower and tub combination. The home's communal living area is located on the second floor, a cozy fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and French doors that open to breathtaking Gulf views and the private pool area awaits. The dining space seamlessly connects with the living room, comfortably accommodating at least 8 guests. The kitchen is a chef's haven, equipped with two ovens, two microwaves, a dedicated beverage fridge, two sinks, and more. POOL HEAT A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded. PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period.
