Our pool is heated in winter and a kiddie pool for the little ones. They both overlook the ocean, There is a clubhouse as well. We are within walking distance to drug stores supermarkets, restaurants, etc. New Smyrna Beach is the nicest city in Florida with so much to explore and see. It is quaint, quiet, and the old town businesses and shops are exciting to visit. Golf clubs are everywhere. Bike and kayak rentals also available .
