This place is great - clean, safe and quiet. Check in is easy with friendly 24hr security on hand to help if needed. This is welcome as I checked in around midnight and the area has a significant homeless population right outside the door. The apartment is on a high floor and is clean stylish and comfortable. A great place to get work done or relax. The full kitchen and laundry facilities were great. I’d recommend it.

The unit was nice aside from hairs in the washroom and a faint pungent odour.. the lockbox wasn’t in the correct place as stated in pictures and I had to message the host and do a double take to look for the right one. Once I found the correct lockbox the fob was not working and I had to ask the concierge to fob me up when I went to pick up a food delivery and had a guest come over for a short period of time. Overall it was a decent stay aside from the check in issues.

Very nice apartment in an excellent location to downtown Toronto and surrounding landmarks. Comfortable apartment, would certainly recommend. Santyna was very responsive and gave good instructions. Thank you.
