This place was fantastic. Pictures match perfectly. It was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen and patio was great also. A must stay.
Lovely secluded place. The only disadvantage is the location - it's about 15 minutes away from SJDS center, which would be fine. But the neighborhood (or so I was told) is a little sketchy at night, and we didn't feel the safest walking around when it's dark. We ended up staying at home after 6PM.
Paul and his team are amazing in all aspects. We loved the place and for sure will be back for another visit! 5 Stars!!
Don’t hesitate to book this new apartment. It has a beautiful loft bed, which is perfect for couple, friends or a family of three! Love the standing desk and surf rack. Quiet community and friendly neighbors. The studio sits at the end of the building, which offers a lot privacy. Everything is perfect!

Anne and I (Paul) are most recently from Vancouver, Canada and have been avid travellers for the past 25 years. It was during a trip to Honduras in 2005 that we first started thinking about owning vacation property ourselves and our home in San Juan del Sur is the happy culmination of those plans. We have since expanded our rental business to include several other properties in the San Juan del Sur area. We approach all our properties with the same goal: to pair adventurous people with amazing places to stay.
