This 3 Bedroom and 3.5 bathroom mountain resort includes a community swimming pool with bathroom facilities, 2 hot tubs, 2 pickleball courts, an outside lounge barbecue area, and a Tot lot! Each bedroom boasts a 65" or larger tv along with comfortable bedding and walk-in closets. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you have at home so that you can enjoy your vacation with family and friends.

The ROAM is located minutes away from Snow Basin Ski Resort and the new private ski resort, Wasatch Peaks Ranch. For those who love boating, fishing, and sunbathing, Pineview Reservoir is just a hop, skip, and a jump away.
The ROAM is a small Townhome Community that is newly built in Mountain Green. From this unit, one can walk out the front door and access the swimming pool with Clubhouse (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), 2 Hot Tubs (Open all year), a Barbecue Patio with Fireplace and Eating Tables (Open all year), and 2 Pickleball Courts (Closed in Winter). Just beyond the swimming pool is the Tot Lot (Seasonal). The garage can be located right on Zion Road and has space for another two cars on the driveway. There are other free parking spaces near the swimming pool area and on some of the streets too.
