This charming retreat is an absolute gem, especially for skiing enthusiasts who need a jumping off point to Snowbasin or other nearby ski resorts. First and foremost, the house is immaculately maintained, making for a truly inviting atmosphere. But it wasn't just the cleanliness that impressed me; it was the attention to detail and the luxury touches -- top-of-the-line coffee equipment, Sonos sound bar, Peloton bike , etc. Host was easy to work with and an excellent communicator, making sure my stay was nothing short of perfect. He ensured everything in the house worked flawlessly, and his hospitality made me feel right at home. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Whether you're a skiing enthusiast looking for the perfect location or simply seeking a cozy retreat with all the amenities, this place has it all.

A perfect place to stay in beautiful Mountain Green. Close to activities at the year round Snow Basin Resort. Close to my favorite place to waterski or paddle board during the summer - Pineview reservoir. And right in the heart of the gorgeous Wasatch Back. Not only was the Happy Place pristinely furnished with quality pieces, they have thought of everything you could reasonably need or hope to find at an Airbnb and then some. Ryan was super friendly, accommodating and responsive. Our experience at the Happy Place was superb and we will seek out Ryan’s place next time we want to stay in this area!

Ryan was easy to work with, very responsive & helpful! The townhome was spacious and beautifully decorated. The game nook was a huge hit with the kids! Mountain Green is beautiful. Close proximity to Snowbasin and a great getaway for families. We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful and comfortable Airbnb. Ryan was extremely responsive and attentive. The home is so nice and has everything you need. Will definitely book here again for our next ski trip. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Ryan’s place for a week and it was nothing short of amazing! The townhome is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and had a spectacular coffee area. Comfy beds and tons of games for the family. The garage was a fantastic bonus and had plenty of space to store our skis and snowboards. Lots of construction going on in the community but it was no bother at all! It was very quite and peaceful and we will absolutely stay again… we honestly didn’t want to leave!! Ryan was very attentive and accommodating and is a fantastic host.
