The apartment was as described and a short walk to the Mayo Clinic (Gonda Building). Communication with the host was clear and quick responses. There are restaurants nearby and we parked our car at the parking ramp across the street. We didn't cook, but there is a dishwasher and the kitchen seems to be well-stocked, the king bed was comfortable! It was very convenient for us, and I would stay at this place again.

Stayed here for a week while doing testing and appointments at Mayo. 3-4 minute walk to gonda building. Perfect location. Everything in the unit is practically new. Quality cookware and oven range- I made most of my meals in. Nice large TV and comfortable couch and chairs. Bed was more comfortable than it looks in photos. Shower was fine but water does take awhile to get hot Reasonable price. I'd stay here again if i come back to Rochester.
