Manatee viewing center only 10min away. 15min from the Amelia Arena and downtown. 10-20min from Busch Gardens, Zoo, waterpark, aquarium and the Cruise Port and the Riverwalk. Catch a Rays Bucs or Lightening game and come back to swim in your private pool for the evening! Game room is coming soon!! Completely fenced in back yard. Pool home. With a solar heater built in. No extra charge. 4 bedroom 2 bath home. Great for entertaining and enjoying the Florida weather. Close enough to downtown Tampa without all the hustle and bustle. Quiet peaceful neighborhood

Katie's place was the perfect place for me and my family! The location is perfect, walking distance to a super cute shopping/ restaurant area Winthrop. So much convenience in the location!! The house was immaculate! Clean, spacious, and so cozy! Yard and pool were amazing! Instructions were easy to follow, Katie was super responsive and helpful during our stay!! We will definitely book again!
Definitely plan to come back!
Kathleen did a great job on the remodel. Pool was a little green when we arrived, but the pool guy showed up the next day and shocked it. We were able to swim in it the following day. Beds were not that comfortable; Otherwise great stay.
