Being a host of 15 properties, I take reviews and customer service very serious. I will Start by saying, we chose this property knowing it was new and not located in the best location. This area of Savannah is certainly an ‘improving’ area. We felt safe enough but there are bars on the windows and just the type of place you might prefer to Drive than walk.. Also this is a bare bones rental. No salt/pepper, non stick Spray, etc. we saw that a grill was included and we wanted to cook the nice steaks that we purchased so we asked the host what type of grill. They said gas, and even gave details about the propane tank. Well, there wasn’t a grill at all.. so our NY strips traveled home with us. Wi-Fi was spotty and customer service was slow to respond and told us they’d bring a grill over but never showed up. I told them my concerns but they said because they don’t charge extra for WiFi or the grill, we wouldn’t be compensated. Beds are too big for the rooms. Can’t even open the door fully

Don't judge a book by it's cover. It's an older building, but the inside has been completely remodeled and is very nice and squeaky clean! They supply some essentials to get you started on your stay (enough for our 2 nights), but no coffee or spices, as some other places do. This is owned by a larger rental agency, but the communication was clear, helpful and friendly. Just doesn't have the small, personal touches of a place owned/operated by an individual. Great place for couples, girl's weekend, etc.
