Very accommodating. I like the fact that they are very respectful of their tenants privacy. I left some important papers when I left but they reached out to me immediately to let me know and made sure my information was not breached. The house is very warm and cozy. Their thermostat has scheduled settings. The kitchen is clean and full of pots, pans and dishes. They also have cups and plates for children. The washers and dryers are always a great addition. During my stay I inquired about a grill. I was told there wasn’t one available, but the very next day they brought over a grill with all the utensils to utilize. I am very happy with my stay here I would recommend to anyone who comes to Kokomo. This place is definitely a must stay. Once again thank you for everything it was an absolute positive experience.

Great host and home. Everything was clean and in great condition. The hosts went out of their way to help my young family feel at home, even providing a high chair, dinnerware and pack-and-play for our littlest one. Would definitely stay there again.
