Double doors lead from the dining area to a private deck with space to dine al fresco, or take a few steps down to explore the palm-lined paths around the lagoon. The first floor is completed by a half bath and convenient, stacking washer and dryer. For additional sleeping space, the sofa opens up to accommodate a comfortable queen-size pull-out. The second floor includes all three bedrooms. The large primary suite looks out over the lagoon and includes a private balcony with table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. This room features king size bed, full bath with shower/tub, combination, dressing room with vanity and sink and a large walk-in closet. The property provides easy parking for two cars in a carport and driveway area with other additional spaces nearby. Additionally, a 50 A and 30A charger is available in the car port to accommodate electric cars. Unfortunately golf carts are not allowed on Wyndham property.
