Sip a morning cup of coffee with the sunrise. You'll love our cows who roam the pastures & add to the peaceful atmosphere. No pets. The cottage is nestled on 11 acres. It's the perfect place for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat. It's located on the property along with the main house and the Airbnb Guest House. But it's on the back edge so it's peaceful and fairly private. We're here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The little cottage is wonderful and secluded. It is kept spotless. The views are great with the horses in the back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
Quiet neighborhood on outskirts of small town. Good local restaurants and coffee shops. Comfy porch for sunsets and star gazing. Quality linens and towels. Efficient well appointed kitchen. Decorating tasteful and unique. Local Palace Theater offers music and plays. Even an HEB store in town-Yeah!
This was a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Staying at Kathleen’ s place was a perfect choice, every where around is so beautiful, day time or night time is so beautiful but sunset is breathtaking 😍! The house is really charming, I definitely coming back soon! Im absolutely recommend!!!! Thanks 😊
