I don't like to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here. The space is less of an apartment, and more of a basement that was quickly turned into an accomodation. When we arrived, there was no refrigerator (the host later said the previous guests broke it), which we weren't told beforehand, so we had to throw away the groceries we purchased on our way there. On top of that, the hot water wasn't working, the toilet didn't flush, the windows (which were just slats) didn't lock, and it was quite loud. The host is new at hosting and seemed nice, but continuously got upset when we pointed out the issues and asked him for solutions. Because of this, and the issues we mentioned, we didn't feel comfortable staying and decided to leave after the first night, even though we had booked four nights. I do not feel the space is ready to be rented, but if the host takes care of the various issues then it would be a decent cheap option, as it's close to many restaurants.

Van a conseguir en el host una excelente comunicación y atención. Es un proyecto que está arrancando con buena voluntad donde aún hay cosas por hacer o mejorar pero es un espacio bastante bueno para pasar 1 o 2 noches. Muy cerca de todo caminando.
