Twin Ponds View is an estate that consists of the MAIN HOUSE (sleeps up to 8 in 1 king/ 3 queen beds) and the GUEST HOUSE (sleeps up to 4 in 2 queen beds) for a total of up to 12 guests. A porta-crib is also available upon request. This listing is just for THE MAIN HOUSE and you will have total privacy (Guest House is never rented to a separate group). AC/Heat The bedrooms, office, media room, and great room feature brand-new, energy-efficient mini-split air conditioning units, which can be controlled individually and set for your comfort. In the winter, each room has a nest thermostat for baseboard heating. The towering stone-clad fireplace can warm you up after a day skiing at Catamount (an 8-minute drive), or tubing and sledding on the hills that surround the house. Year-round, you'll enjoy ample space and stunning panoramic views from the grand, triple-height Great Room and from every bedroom.
