The apartment has a great view of the city and the mountains. It is very cozy and has a lot of natural light. The apartment has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a great view, a queen size bed, nightstands, smart TV and a desk where you can work from the comfort of home. The secondary bedroom has a double size bed and nightstands. In front of the building there is a sports complex with a gym and racketball courts. One block away there is a shopping center, where you can find a supermarket, cinemas, shops, etc. In the area there are a large number of good restaurants, pharmacies and banks.

Tanto el alojamiento como la anfitriona (Belén) fueron impecables. Llegué el mismo día que reservé y todo estaba limpio y ordenado. El departamento es súper bonito, una vista alucinante, muy iluminado y bastante tranquilo. El edificio donde se encuentra es también hermoso, muy limpio, con unos guardias muy atentos y un buen aparcamiento de fácil acceso y amplio. Belén se mostró siempre atenta y me ayudó en todo. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Volveré seguro!

Belén es muy buena anfitriona, es muy amigable, estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo. El apartamento es precioso!!!, super acogedor, tenía todo lo necesario, muy limpio, me sentí como en casa!!! ❤❤ Además tenía una vista espectacular!!!!! Me sentí muy segura con el guardia en el edificio las 24 horas, la ubicación es perfecta!!! lo recomiendo al 100%

A few steps from the accommodation, on Av. Unidad Nacional, there is a micro bus terminal, which can take you to Guayaquil.
Getting around Cuenca is very easy, because taxis are inexpensive and the distances are short. A taxi from our accommodation to the city center will cost you around $3.
You can also travel by tram or different buses.
For your convenience we have parking spaces No. 4 and No. 5 located in the underground "S" of the building.
