The house was absolutely perfect to acomidate myself, my wife, 4 adult kids and 3 of their spouses and 5 granddaughters! The bedrooms worked out great with each couple having a private room and all the kids in the room with 6 single beds. The kitchen, dining room, living room, game room and large back yard all were used with lots of space for everyone to spread out or to be all together. The instructions for the house were clear and helpful. We all had only good things to say and highly recommend it for large family gatherings!

A group of my college friends and I (and kids) stayed for a week. The house was excellent: with two large living rooms, three porches, a dining room, and a kitchen (with kitchen table), there was tons of space for people to socialize and for kids to play. The closest beach is a 6 minute walk, and there are two others within a 20 minute walk. The kids loved the secret back stairs from the kitchen, the secret door that joined two rooms through a closet, and the secret entrance through the hedge into the back yard. The hosts were very responsive, and even sent us a box of fancy cupcakes mid-week!

We had the most amazing time with our kids and grandkids. Perfect location to any of the places we decided to visit. Beaches great!! We had a great family vacation at Maria's house! The home was as described; it's an older home that is clearly loved and has a really interesting history. It's only a short drive to downtown shopping/restaurants, and we loved the Kalmus beach (recommended by Maria). Overall we'd definitely stay again on a future visit to Cape Cod.

This house is perfect for family getaways and a true classic cape house. It's extremely close to the Hyannis beaches as well as downtown Hyannis and Hyannis harbor. The back porch and yard are great for outdoor activities and lounging around. Highly recommended!
