Great location to outdoor recreation in the Wasatch! 25 minutes to the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon (Alta) and 35 minutes to the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon (Brighton). 5 minutes to Alta View Hospital. We are looking for the right person or couple to rent our simple and quaint 2 bedroom apartment for the summer. Ideally the second bedroom would be used for an office space or extra room. This fully furnished apartment has everything you need for a summer of travel nursing or remote working in salt lake valley, with prime access to both Alta View Hospital and recreation in the Wasatch Mountains. The kitchen is brand new with excellent appliances and fully stocked with all cookware and utensils. Great pantry, great island with 3 stools for eating or working. First floor (not the basement!) so it has good natural light and plenty of windows, and yet it feels very private. It’s an awesome space! You have your own access as well as access to the backyard. Plus it stays nice and cool in the summer since it is the first floor. We are looking for one to 3 month rentals but are open to negotiating the right time frame for you.
