This listing is a One Bedroom apartment suite with spacious living and dining areas, a kitchen, a sofa bed, and a separate bedroom featuring one Queen bed. The accommodations come with free WiFi, all utilities, linens, and housewares. Tradewinds features a beautiful swimming pool with sun lounges as well as lush courtyards * Due to liability and safety concerns, the hotel will not hold guests' luggage. * We require $100 per stay incidentals hold upon arrival. We do not accept Amex, app cards, Chime, mobile payments, prepaid cards or cash. * Booking for someone else? DON'T. We will not check them in. You must be present with a matching photo ID. *Parking is not included. We encourage our guests to explore public parking options in the area. *The listing photos reflect the varied décor and layout of our rooms. Please NOTE that the rooms are not all identical but are of the same room type even if they vary a little in décor or layout. *Dishes are the guests' responsibility. A separate fee of $75 will be assessed to a room requiring excessive cleanup following check-out apart from any damages found in the room.

Receptionist Angi was great. The place was clean and looked like the pictures. 5 minute Uber ride or 30 minute walk to the beach. Would stay here again.
I don’t do reviews but staying at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! We were 2 women traveling to Miami alone. When we arrived the host was no where to be found, we waited over an hour with all of our luggage for someone to check us in. After contacting Airbnb support they were unable to get in touch with the host until a day after, so they issued a refund ( without our consent). We then start receiving threatening messages from hotel that we had to vacate. Next we went to the front desk they said everything was fine, but then we were still receiving threatening messages. This took 5+ hours out of our day dealing with the mistake that was not our fault. The host and manager did not want to take any accountability. There were bugs in the room, leftovers from previous stay, blood stain on shower curtain. Scratches and stains on couches( we did not use). There was a homeless man sleeping outside of our room each night. All and all worst stay of my life.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. We loved the location for the price, the beach was only a 7 minute walk! Ubers were cheap and if you want you can use the free trolley and the stop is only a 5-7 minute from the airbnb! Pool was very nice, just wish it would have been a little cooler, it gets super humid and all we wanted to do was jump into a cold pool. Overall amazing place for the price! Looking forward to coming back!

Great location, close to the beach and public transport. The space corresponds to the one described, but it is not very well lit, which was not a problem. The team is very helpful and understanding, because we had a problem with our flight and we need to check in late.

Free South Beach trolley runs all day and you can visit the Art Deco District which is minutes away as well as Lincoln Road (a pedestrian mall with shops, restaurants, and galleries). Public transportation is available nearby. An excellent choice for both long-term stay and weekend getaways. Tradewinds is located in South Beach, just a block from the ocean and the beach.
