Where do I start? Let’s start at arriving; the receptionist assisted me with my bags; told me to pull up & unload before packing. He already had our bags at our door. I traveled alone with my daughter daughters who are minors. They had security throughout our stay. I really felt safe & secure. They always had someone at the desk; always buzzing us in! We never had to use our code for the front door. Staff watched those cameras & kept a look out for us. Staff*** so amazing & so loving! There was this one specific staff when she saw my daughter swimming alone she’d go out and talk to her and keep her company! My daughter truly gravitated towards her. She hugged her before we left! Staff was sooo friendly & extremely helpful. I didn’t know how to work the fridge and I assumed it was not working; NO QUESTIONS they replaced it immediately. My daughters & left they took our trash out; washed our dishes; swapped out the fridge and put our food away. WOW! The hotel is BEAUTIFUL & SO PEACEFUL!
