Pros: 1. Sandy was quite friendly and very responsive. She recommended a lot of things to do around town and all were fabulous. 2. The view from balcony is spectacular, there were fireflies in the night, which made our day. Cons: 1. The location is downhill from Ella town, which means it’s hotter than the town. 2. No ceiling fans or ACs provided, which makes the room quite hot at night since you can’t keep the doors open to avoid insects getting inside. There are wall fans provided which were of no use as they hardly gave any wind circulation. No mosquito nets on windows. 3. No access to kitchen, which was very inconvenient given that this is a remote location and nothing is available post 6pm. 4. Water pressure low, heater didn’t work properly. 5. No seating area provided, all space utilised for beds to increase number of people that can be accommodated. We were 5 people and still found the place clumsy, not suitable for 9 as in description 6. Very expensive for amenities provided

The place was smelly, damp and not what was described or shown in the pictures. The linen was stained, there were bugs on the mattresses and bathrooms were stinking. The accommodation on the third floor was disastrous and did not have a fan either. Bathrooms were not clean and not usable. This property is located in a lush green area and is not a villa/lodge. The description doesn't match the pictures. I wouldn't recommend this. The host Sandy was helpful, responsive and proactive. We checked out a day earlier and received a refund for the remaining day

I had booked the accommodation for my Anniversary. Primarily because we both love mountains and stars. We spent the entire night on the balcony staring at the milky way and saw a few shooting stars. The host is very friendly and proactive and went out of her way to provide traditional dishes on our special day. The only drawback was the lack of AC/fans. We expected the Ella weather to be cool and breezy, but it was tremendously hot and we had a hard time sleeping. The washrooms could also be renovated a little as there was noticeable smell and quite dirty. Other than that, wonderful experience and totally worth the price.

Мы первые жильцы в этом доме после ремонта,нам очень все понравилось! У нас была большая компания ,всем хватило места,было чисто,вид потрясающий,минут 10 до Эллы,на машине само то,без будет труднее,но за этот вид можно и доехать ))) Кумар был вежлив,сытно накормил,всегда и во всем помогал! Для инстаграмм так вообще отличный дом,с таким видом,в любое время суток кайфово ! Спасибо Санди ,за отличное время в вашем доме !
