The apartment was lovely but badly cleaned. Despite the fact that the check in time is from 15.00, when we arrived at 19h the apartment was not ready: the person in charge of cleaning was in the process. He had to wait outside. We contacted the host and managed to enter. The apartment was poorly cleaned: towels from previous guests were still there, stains on some parts of the floor and doors, the shower still dirty. We've send the photos to the host. The host proposed to refund the cleaning, but then, the day after, denied that the cleaning was poorly done. We never got a refund. It is a pity, as the apartment is lovely but such a beviour is totally unacceptable. If you write a check in time the apartment should be ready and clean: it is the minimum. Why we should wait in the corridor after a long journey? We never saw this since we use airbnb. We will never come back in any apartment with this host.
