I am strategically located between the busy main road and the local markets that you get the best of both worlds and relatively less pollution. I am an independent building, all of 2 floors, the ground being occupied by a physiotherapy centre. I'm located on the first floor, so you'll have to take a flight of stairs to reach me.😛 A black filter kapi is always on the house. I have 3 bedrooms - RoyalRobes, NightEdition and YoungWine - all with attached baths, one huge hall housing a cute dining table, and a bare-functional kitchen plus a utility area. RoyalRobes and NightEdition are twins, 13ft. x 13 ft., whereas YoungWine is 10ft. x 10ft. I have most of what you would be used to, in your home. I may be able to source any special needs if given sufficient notice, subject to conditions of course.😉

Rajendra is a great host... comes across as a warm and friendly person... he was personally there to help me settle in at the time of check-in... the room was as shown in the pictures, even the common areas such as the kitchen and living room are well maintained... All basic amenities such as RO drinking water, internet, washing machine, iron etc were available as mentioned in the property listing and most importantly working too... This property surely will be my preferred choice whenever I visit next...
The place is inside the lane and is peaceful and calm but is walkable to the main road and other places nearby. Great place to stay. Rajendra was very responsive and is a great host, I would highly recommend this place.
My recent Airbnb experience was truly exceptional. The amenities were top-notch, the location was convenient, and everything was perfectly arranged upon our arrival. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I'm grateful for his efforts and highly recommend this Airbnb to others.
