This charming 2-bedroom apartment in Madeira is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for a relaxing getaway. The property boasts a shared pool and a terrace to enjoy the stunning sea views and soak up the sunshine. The ethnic decoration adds a unique touch to the property, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table. There's also a private balcony with seating areas allowing you to enjoy the fresh sea breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has a double bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Der Ausblick - ein Traum!! Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Es ist sehr ruhig. Sportlich zu Fuß oder nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt befindet sich der Strand, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und leckere Restaurant. Für die Sonnenanbeter gibt es den ganzen Tag Sonne auf der Terrasse nur morgens zum Frühstück oder Abendessen fehlt sie leider. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und der saubere Pool sorgt für eine kurze Erfrischung. Der Parkplatz ist für zwei eine kleine Herausforderung aber nur ein paar Schritte zu Fuß kann man das Auto auch easy auf der Straße abstellen. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die für uns zu harte Matratze. Super logement dans un quartier au calme. La vie sur la mer est magnifique. L’intérieur est fidèle aux photos, il comprend tous les équipements nécessaires pour s’y sentir comme chez soi. L’hôte est très réactif au besoin. Très bonne expérience. Attention, le chemin d’accès est un peu étroit.
The location is amazing, stunning views and a quiet typical Portuguese neighborhood. The house is well equipped with all the necessary amenities, so you won’t be lacking anything while staying here. On the downside, the location is quite hard to find, make sure to check the message that the hosts sends you carefully, as the listed address points to the middle of nowhere. Also parking can be a bit of a hassle, there are 2 spots on the roof but they will only fit 2 compact cars, so keep this in mind when renting a car. Speaking of the 2 spots, the house hosts 2 airbnbs, one upstairs one downstairs, which might not be immediately obvious from the pictures.

Calheta is a municipality located on the southwest coast of Madeira Island. It's known for its beautiful landscapes, with dramatic cliffs meeting the Atlantic Ocean and lush greenery inland.
One of the main attractions in Calheta is its golden sandy beach, Praia da Calheta, which is one of the few artificial beaches on the island. This beach offers calm waters suitable for swimming and various water sports activities.
The municipality is also famous for its agricultural production, particularly sugarcane and bananas. Visitors can explore the picturesque countryside dotted with terraced fields and visit local distilleries to learn about the production of rum, known as "aguardente," made from sugarcane.

The property is easily accessible by taxi and car.
