Once again Mary did not disappoint! We had a great visit with friends and family. House had lovely dinning area for a spacious family dinner and game night. We will be back soon!

My husband, son and I had a pleasant stay at this charming cottage. Very much enjoyed the large and comfortable family room with all its windows and big table and chairs for eating and working. Only thing missing from the well-stocked kitchen was a cheese grater. The woods behind are lovely, dark and deep--brighter lighting would help those, like me, who like to cook. A quiet and peaceful place to come back to after tooling around in the beautiful countryside --would stay here again.

Mary was very responsive and helpful with questions. The location was great, lake access right next to a great restaurant, we did not get a chance to use the kayaks or canoes due to rain and time constraints but it is a great feature/addition to the rental property, we would definitely come back. The only negative comments would be that the place was pretty dusty and the coffee maker and some pans in the cabinet were dirty, and required a good cleaning before use, which I can only assume that the past renters did not bother cleaning (house rules include cleaning and putting away dishes) I might recommend to the owner to just have renters clean and leave used dishes in dish strainer so they can be inspected before put back mostly to prevent attracting bugs or mice. However with that said I did NOT see one bug or any signs of mice!!😃.
