A short 10mins drive to the beach, 20mins to CBD or Coolum Beach. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this house comfortably sleeps 8 guests. All bedding is of high quality for maximum comfort. The 3rd bedroom currently has a toddler bed which can convert to cot or be removed altogether with a double bed in place. The 4th bedroom is currently an office space (as pictured), with a beautiful outlook but can have a queen bed available on request. The house boasts large rooms and spacious open plan living with a lounge room as well as media room and air-conditioning throughout. The outdoor dinning area is fully enclosed with mosquito netting to ensure all year round comfort. There is a hanging swing and daybed to enjoy the views of Mount Ninderry. The large pool is solar heated so the perfect temperature for year round swimming, with an alfresco entertaining area. The kitchen is spacious and modern with quality appliances and an island bench. There is an open space/room opposite the kitchen which is a great space for a child's play area (child gates can be provided to create a blocked off safe space and some toys on request), this is also a beautiful space for yoga, etc. The main bedroom is a large retreat with walk-in wardrobe and a beautifully renovated spacious bathroom and back to wall freestanding bath. This bedroom has mountain views. This bedroom has an adjoining room into an office space or 4th bedroom perfect room for a cot, or sliding doors left open for an adjoining sitting room. Bedding layout has multiple options so please discuss your preferences on booking, we are happy to accommodate to best suit guest needs. All bedrooms have blockout blinds. ROOM CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1 - Main bedroom, King bed with ensuite and adjoining room and A/C. Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed with fan only Bedroom 3 - Currently photographed as toddler bed (can convert to cot), with option for Double bed. Room has A/C. Bedroom 4 - Adjoining room from main (can be blocked off for separate room), currently office space with option for “Koala” award winning high quality sofa bed or porta cot, has A/C. There is also a double floor mattress available on request. Please request your preferred bedding arrangements on booking. There is plenty of yard space and you're welcome to bring your quiet furry friend upon request at booking. The yard is fully fenced with a nature strip backdrop making this space extremely private and peaceful with views. There is a small trampoline (which can be removed on request) and children's play boat. Once you step into this luxury hideout won't notice you're in suburbia due to its unique privacy from neighbours and open outlook. The property is on a hill but the block is flat with house all on one level, adding to a perfect location for families. LINEN All quality linen, extra blankets, towels and pool towels are provided to help you feel at home. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need, including extras like a blender, slow cooker, cocktail equipment, and large fridge. There is a French Press coffee plunger and stove top espresso maker available, with coffee and tea and some basic cooking essentials will be provided. There is filtered water from the kitchen sink. HEATING /COOLING Air-con and high quality silent ceiling fans throughout so you can make it as comfortable as you need. The house itself gets a beautiful breeze with great insulation to feel cool in summer and warm in winter as a base level temperature as well. PARKING There is parking in the driveway for 3-4 cars with some street parking. ACCESS There is a lock box on site for self check-in and welcome pack to make yourself feel at home PETS WELCOME on request. Pets are to remain outside only and please respect the garden, native animals and noise for neighbours. LAUNDRY The laundry is equipped with new washer and dryer, sink and cleaning products. There is also an outdoor clothes line where clothes dry super fast in the direct sun and breeze. Environmentally friendly laundry liquid is provided and toilet paper.
