When we arrived Sergio showed us rooms that were very different from what we had booked based on the pictures. We had booked an apartment with living room full of light, connected with 3 bedrooms. Instead he showed us a different apartment without living room and only one bedroom. These ' apartments' were dirty and full of dust. Not at all what we thought we would get. He told us the apartment we booked was being disinfected. The real reason we found out later was that he had rented out the apartment I booked to a big group from the police. Basically he made a deal with another group and pushed us in his less nice apartment. Was not a good experience unfortunately.
