Neighborhood was very peaceful. Had a beautiful scenic view of the lake. Unit was spacious. Bedding was clean, Kitchen was clean. Bathrooms did need to be cleaned a bit more. There were stains on the ends of the bathroom curtains, as well as stains around the outside of tub, Dust in the cleaning fan in the bedroom with the washer and dryer in the closet. Owner does have you sign a separate rental agreement outside of Airbnb, which was a little surprise. Over all it’s a decent stay.
PM’s place was as advertised couldn’t have asked for any better. Very spacious to begin with. Both rooms had comfortable Bebs with the washer dryer in master room such a convenience. Kitchen was stocked to the tee, whatever you thought you might need no worries it was there. Such a quiet and peaceful location with easy directions for your parking and both bathrooms were very spacey with great water pressure. I’m telling you I will be back forrr sure. Thanks Pm.

We had a wonderful stay! Very spacious and everything is just as listed in the description. Looks exactly like the photos. If I come back to this area I would stay here again. Host was very helpful when checking in and gave us all the information we would need.

10 minutes from shopping center (Walmart, wallgreens, etc)
20 minutes to Pompano Beach
I would recommend you to have your own car, but you can definitely Uber around and it's super cheap.
