Southview Holiday Park is part of the Park Dean Resorts. Located on the main road leading right to the heart of the seaside resort & beach, with shops, shopping centre, supermarkets, take away and restaurants just minutes away from the park. Skegness is a fun, traditional seaside resort with everything from arcades, rides, boating lake, marine centre, specialist weekends. Butlins, Fantasy Island, Mablethorpe etc are all close by with in 15 mins drive away. Skegness truly caters for all ages and the beaches are very well kept with long stretches of sand and dunes. They even dedicated a beach just for dogs!
If you don’t want to leave the holiday park you’ll be covered with endless activities on offer, or just kick back and enjoy the scenery at your holiday home. Which ever you choose I wish you a very wholesome stay.

There is parking at the caravan for 2 vehicles, also there is a bus stop onsite which gets you around Skegness and surrounding areas £2 per ticket. Parking in Skegness is generous, I’ve found a large car park set at £5 per day in Skegness Cricket Club (next to the train station). You’ll be a 10 minute walk from the sea front. Alternatively there are large car parks on the sea front all the way along. I drive all the way to the bottom, past the clock tower, and take a left. It is parking meters so choose how long you think you’ll stay. The fun fairs in Skegness are large and great fun, sometimes if you go at 6pm til 8pm they are set a little cheaper but don’t quote me on this at high season. Dogs are largely welcomed here, but it does get busy in high season so look out for dog water stations up and down the main areas to give them a break from the bustle. If you take a left from the holiday park, head straight down to the sea front then take another left at the little roundabout (Suncastle) there is a beautiful, peaceful beach to enjoy picnics and beach games away from it all, there’s also cafe).
