DINING ROOM: Dining Table for 6. LIVING ROOM: L-shape couch for 6, Smart TV, Wet bar. FAMILY ROOM: Queen sofa bed, 2x Accent chairs. SUN ROOM: 2x Accent chairs. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and Dryer - Detergent provided. GUEST BATHROOM 1: Shower/Tub combo - Located between Guest BR 2 & Guest BR 3. HALF BATHROOM: Located in the hallway between Master BR & Guest BR 1. GARAGE: Two car garage filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles. -EXTERIOR- BACKYARD: Massive heated swimming pool, cabana with gas fire pit, propane grill, 4x chaise lounges, large umbrella, and plenty of outdoor seating. DRIVEWAY: Off-Street parking for 5 standard size vehicles. COMMUNITY WALKING TRAILS: Vail Point Park has a gazebo, kid's playground and walking trails that lead to the intracoastal waterway (Matanzas River).

House was beautiful and fully stocked with anything and everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we just loved the seclusion.
If I'm ever in Saint Augustine area I will most definitely booked again. House was very beautiful, peacful and clean. Every room was nice and spacious. Communication was A1. Loved it.
The house was beautiful, even nicer than the pictures. The furnishings were lovely and everything had been considered to make our stay a pleasant one. Michael was responsive and accommodating to our requests. We had a lovely vacation.
We absolutely loved this place with our family of small kids. The screened in and heated pool was fantastic and the big highlight for us. The kitchen and home generally had everything we needed. The home was very clean and comfortable. We want to come back again soon!
Some coworkers and I stayed here on a work trip. We felt safe and enjoyed relaxing at the house in between our team building trips into downtown St Augustine. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and reached out to help troubleshoot when we had questions about some of the electronics. The drive to downtown was quick and easy. We already had an agenda so we didn’t need the recommendations, but there were definitely lots of suggestions to make a stay in St Augustine memorable and plenty of activities available at the house itself.

The St. Augustine Shores neighborhood is quiet, private, and is located next to the Matanzas River (Intracostal). The neighborhood has walking trails, gazebo, and a great playground for children. Located just south of Downtown, the St. Augustine Shores is surrounded by great family-owned restaurants and businesses. Beautiful mature oak trees are found throughout the neighborhood, which makes this neighborhood great to walk.
A quick 15-min drive north into the Historic Downtown St. Augustine where you find all of the attractions that the city has to offer! A 15-min drive to Crescent Beach, which is white sand beaches with less crowds.
