Worst place we have ever stayed. We risked it with out there being any other reviews posted when we booked and we regretted from the very beginning. Originally listed as pet friendly with no limitations (size of dogs or number of dogs); also was not listed that dogs weren’t allowed in the pool. Early check-in was listed as an option but when inquiring we were informed that wasn’t the case because the cleaners would be there getting the home ready… We lost count of the cockroaches we killed and the air filters for the AC units made me gag!!! We arrived to a musty smelling, poorly laid out, cramped space that was not as advertised. The bathrooms were abysmal and tiny. The beds were found to have dirty sheets and were extremely uncomfortable. The OVEN WAS BROKEN for our ENTIRE STAY so all the groceries we bought for dinners went to waste and we had to spend even more money eating out. The pool was dirty but the hot tub was the worst. It doesn’t heat past 91°F and SCUM BUILD UP!
