Our finca has an excellent location, surrounded by nature but right in Lepanto. There is a supermarket in town where you can buy everything you need. In addition, close by you will find family restaurants such as Aroma del Mar, Restaurante La Cangreja, El Jardincito and many more. Beaches in the area: for example Playa Blanca, Guaitil, Playa Blanquita... The Cheese Beach is 55 minutes away and Montezuma is 1 hour and 15 minutes away. The finca is located under tall trees, which ensures that the sun does not shine on it as much. The living room, dining room and kitchen share one room and there is air conditioning here. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are off of this. The washing machines are located outside in a barred extension. The whole finca is surrounded by a veranda, so you will always find shade.
