Welcome to our totally remodeled modern farmhouse! The space features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances, and coffee bar. Additionally, it has a 55” tv, electric fireplace, PAC Man arcade, games, dedicated work space + laundry room. You’ll enjoy the 2 acre yard, creek view, kids swing-set, fishing spot, kayaks, and beautiful patio. Parking is convenient in front of home with lots of restaurants + shopping options within a 5 minute drive. The property is just under two acres and is creekside! You’ll feel tucked away in a super relaxing setting on the creek!

Noel’s place felt like a home away from home. We loved how there were so many things to cater to our kids/baby. The modern aesthetic was very welcoming. Highly recommend to any families looking to stay in this area! Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

The neighborhood is super quiet and safe. It’s a more established neighborhood so you’ll see mature trees etc. It’s a mix of older and younger families. You’ll regularly see people walking their dogs or kids enjoying the outdoors.
One of our favorite things about the property is that you can walk to Starbucks or the Metra for a trip into the city within five minutes! At the same time, there is a Wal Mart, and all your big box stores plus tons of restaurants within a five minute drive. Super convenient location for most things!
Metra train, I-80, and I-355 are all within a five minute drive!
