We are not responsible for lost or missing guest items. We value the safety and security of all our guests. PET FEES and PET RULES: All pets must be house trained. Standard pet fee is $75. If we have to clean up pet urine or droppings in the apartment or pet droppings outside we will charge additional. We must be notified if you have animals, even if they are service animals. Animals must not be left unattended unless they are crated. They cannot be left loose alone in the house. Note: You must be 21 or older to book.
