We had an amazing stay at Matt’s newly refurbished studio in Southsea, Portsmouth. The studio is beautifully decorated with a great sense of style and comfort. It’s completely independent, offering full privacy with the bonus of access to a gorgeous garden, which is a serene place to relax. The studio comes well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. Matt was an exceptional host; not only was he attentive and responsive, but he also provided us with numerous local tips that enhanced our visit. I wholeheartedly recommend Matt’s place to anyone visiting the area. It’s evident that he goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a wonderful experience. We’re definitely looking forward to returning in the future!

Stayed at Matts place for the weekend, it was lovely weather and we enjoyed it thoroughly, Matt clearly explained where everything was, and was always quick to respond if we needed anything. The living space itself was immaculate and everything was well presented, if you’re thinking of having a weekend in Pompey I highly recommend Matts place as it’s also walking distance to lots of pubs and places to eat.

Thanks Matt for lovely, quiet, impecably clean AirBNB. I was very pleased with the location - equidistant from the beach, Southsea common, and the bohemian shops and cafes of Albert road - just an easy stroll. Thanks too for the perfectly chilled Spanish beers - they were a welcome treat after the long drive down : ) Hopefully I can get down to Pompey again in the not-too-disatant future.

Great stay, close to the beach, local shops & restaurants. The studio is stylishly furnished and has everything needed for a super comfortable stay. Matt is welcoming, responsive and has great recommendations in the area. I will come back!
