The house has 3 floors with the master suite and ensuite on the top floor and 4 separate bedrooms and family bathroom on the second floor. With a large kitchen and adjoining playroom, it is the perfect setting for a family getaway, only 20 minutes walk from the beach. The house has a second living area for a peaceful evening and Sky TV. With a large garden and nearby parks it is great for summer evening and walking Beautiful Victorian home situated between two parks and a close walk from Boscombe, Bournemouth and Southbourne which all boast vibrant shops, cafes and restaurants. On the ground floor there are two living areas both with comfortable seating and TV’s with Sky channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+. One of the living areas is adjoined to the kitchen, perfect for hosting families. The dining table, situated in the kitchen, can fit up to 8 guests. There is a high chair and booster seat for little ones. There is also 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen has two ovens, a microwave, an electric hob, hot tap, ice machine and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen overlooks the spacious garden and patio, perfect for outdoor dining. There is a large table and 6 chairs on the patio. There is an area for coats and shoes and also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs on the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, two of which have king size beds and the other two have single beds, a cot and a junior bed. There is also a family bathroom and toilet. On the top floor there is a large bedroom with a king size bed, sofa and TV with a chrome cast. Please note we do not have Sky channels on the top floor. There is an en-suite shower and bath.
