I would first like to say that Opulence response time was exceptional. Being tha we were traveling from out of town, it was not convenient to travel to a different location for key. However, in relation to the Airbnb we were quite dissatisfied that the apartment walls were extremely dirty. Make-up stains all over walls. In addition, the fridge had old food from a previous guest left in it. The towels provided were wore out and needed to be replaced. Their was no hand soap provided in the bathroom. A bar stool was broken. The host provided a $25 refund for dissatification. The communication regarding check-in and out was not provided until we inquired. Also the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain water properly. I wasn’t satisfied with my birthday stay.

Loved the place!!!!! The only down fall was having to Uber from the airport to another location to pick up the key then back to the bnb where I would be staying which made my Uber cost go to $120 just from Ubering that day, other than that the place was very clean and worth it!! Host if you see this please fix the check in process with guests!

Opulence place was AMAZING.. It was perfect for My Husband & I staycation. Everything was nice & clean, and it felt just like home. Such a beautiful building and the area was peaceful. The host responses were prompted and I absolutely love that. We will definitely be back soon!
