Fully furnished cozy two-storey townhouse nearby Centro Naga. It is easily accessible to establishments such as malls, supermarkets, downtown restos, churches, universities and uptown cafes and restos and even night life spots. It is also within the area covered by delivery services if in case ordering of foods, buying groceries and other stuffs are needed. It is ideal for couple, family or friends with 4 to 6 members. The house includes an open plan lay out with easy access to the kitchen and bathroom. Living room and dining area has furnitures personally bought from IKEA and some were customized designs of the owner including each bed, built in cabinets, console, dining table and artsy mirror wall. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, oven toaster, rice cooker, water heater, glasses and plates. The guest have full access to the house including parking space for small car.
