The common area (kitchen) is really nice. The room though was muggy (no air con), noisy because of the street and thin window glass.

Wonderful hosts! Pros: •Location is in the heart of the Sayulita bars and restaurants. Easy walking to anything including the beach. •The beds are softer and more comfortable than most beds in Mexico. •Hosts are responsive and willing to work with change of plans. •Easy check in and key storage lock box for when you’re out to the beach or a night out. Also to have a safe spot for multiple guests to have access to keys at different times. Cons: •No hot water, just remember to look into room amenities before booking to be sure that works for you. •No AC. Since it’s an upstairs unit, it gets hot. There is a larger sized fan that rotates, but it’s just better to try to sleep only at night or early morning. •Noisy because of location. It’s right above bars and restaurants. You’ll hear everything that goes by. •Bright and sunny. The curtains are white and don’t block much light or heat from the sun. Overall, great spot for a little getaway!

The room itself was very quaint and cute. It is directly above a popular late-night bar. This is great if you’re looking to partake in Sayulita’s nightlife as It’s very central. However, if not, be aware that you will not be able to sleep until at least 3 am. This needs to be clearly articulated in the listing.

Todo excelente, muy buena ubicación, todo queda cerca, hay ruido por la zona pero al menos a mi no me afecto ya estoy acostumbrada. Volvería a hospedarme ahí. Muy recomendable.

This is a perfect place to be in the heart of the downtown happenings. One night I decided to stay in, and the center is very loud, but I heard the most amazing live band playing from the wine war, it was such a treat. Loved the terrace and extra bathroom🌴
