Guest beware – We had a terrible experience at this property and working with Evolve. Upon check in, we discovered the house was extremely dirty and there were no bath towels at all. Reported to Evolve and left to go to dinner. Got back to the house late that night to discover there was no heat, hot water or gas for the stove. Tried contacting Evolve but their office was closed. Had to sleep in a freezing house (it was like 50 in Temecula that night) and woke up in the morning and couldn't take showers or cook anything. Reported to both Evolve and Airbnb. Took awhile to get a response since their office was closed on the weekend. Finally received a call from the owner of the house who apologized profusely and offered to issue us a full refund, because I told him we'd be leaving immediately to check in to a hotel to take showers in order to not miss my mom's wine tasting tour for her birthday. Ruined our weekend away and still fighting with Evolve/Airbnb about receiving a full refund.
